    A gourmet experience at sea...

Welcome, mesdames et messieurs; what will be your pleasure this evening? Would you care to enjoy the sensational flavours and textures of Oriental food, as prepared by Mr Ken Hom, who is on-board to demonstrate his skills? Or would you prefer to sample dishes, which have the rich and famous queuing up to visit the restaurant Nobu ? We can also offer you world-class Italian dishes or the latest adventures in fusion cuisine from the Pacific Basin. Or - for a real grande bouffe - how about a feast for the senses prepared by chefs trained at France's world-famous Cordon Bleu school of cookery?

If food is your thing, it's definitely time to run away to sea.  For the widest variety of cuisine prepared with the best-quality ingredients and served in the most elegant restaurants afloat, you just can't beat the world's luxury ships.

On some deluxe vessels, you'll find `at sea' branches of world-famous restaurants. Others have their own speciality Italian, French, Japanese or Fusion restaurants and regularly invite celebrity chefs to create signature menus and offer masterclasses to passengers.

Whichever ship or on-board restaurant you choose, you're guaranteed exquisite surroundings and a standard of service comparable to the most exclusive and chic restaurants found ashore - with one big difference. You won't face a six month waiting list for a table.
